1 tsp. Dried gotu kola leaves
1 tsp. Dried ginkgo leaves
1/2 tsp. Dried holy basil leaves and flowers
1/4 tsp. Dried peppermint leaves
8 oz Water
1. Mix the herbs together and place into an infuser or set aside.
2. Bring water to a boil then remove from heat.
3. Infuse herbs in the water for at least 10 minutes, covered.
4. Strain and serve. Optional – add honey and milk.
